Michael Nelson
Director

West Palm Beach, Florida, USA
The West Palm Beach office was started in 1989 to realize the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. Since then, the office has expanded twice having grown to a full-service office of 25 persons and has designed or completed more than fifty additional projects in the $250,000 to $70 million range. The office's three principal architects, Michael Nelson, Gino DeSantis and John Baccari, have combined architectural experience of 78 years. All three have lived and worked in Palm Beach County for more than 22 years, and have worked on projects throughout Florida, the United States and the Caribbean. The 22 year relationship we've established with the Kravis Center is typical of the type of relationships we wish to develop with all of our clients.

Some of the projects realized from the West Palm Beach Office include: The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts; The Scripps Research Institute, University of Akron, Long Center for the Performing Arts, Austin Texas; University of Florida, Nadine McGuire Theater and Dance Pavilion; Coral Springs City Centre Renovations including theatre, lobby, art museum and multi-purpose room, Riverside Theatre-Vero Beach, Sunrise Musical Theatre, Renovations and Additions; the Schnell Residence in Coral Springs; the Marshman Residence, West Palm Beach; Theatre Study on Clematis Street; Hialeah High School Auditorium Renovations/Additions; Four Rivers Center for the Performing Arts in Paducah, Kentucky, Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton, Wisconsin, Bahamas Performing Arts Center and Convention Center; and the design for a major mixed-use project in downtown West Palm Beach, which will include cinemas, retail, restaurants and a parking structure.
